1. A professional SDA Surfer who believes that Jesus is coming soon? Do you really think anyone will take him seriously? He totally knows that Jesus is his Lord and Savior? I don't remember Jesus calling His disciples to take up their surfboard and follow Him.
2. An SDA Makeup Artist? How can she tell people that the makeup and jewelry must come off when she's putting it on them?
3. An SDA Triathlete? Spiritual, physical, and competitiveness? (1Corinthians 9:24-27)
4. An SDA female Minister? No further comment.
5. God tells His people to rest "one day a week?" I thought God told us to rest on the "seventh day" of the week? So God tells us "one day" and we choose Saturday?
6. An SDA Fashion Designer? I hope he designs modest, healthful clothing.
Well, at least we managed to barely mention the "State of the Dead" and the "Sabbath" in this clip. I don't know what else Seventh-day Adventists believe when it comes to doctrine. Maybe we honestly don't know anymore either? (2Timothy 4:1-4)
So what is the Truth for This Time? We, as Seventh-day Adventists, still have it. And even though the majority seem to have forgotten, there are some that haven't. God is raising up a small group of His faithful. This movement surpasses age, race, sex, and culture. Their unity comes from uncompromising obedience to the eternal principles found in the Bible and Spirit of Prophecy. It is my prayer that you are one of these.
